All correspondence that follows the Public Review Process has been posted for Public Review on this page. This asset of open access to the correspondence promoted a frank and thoughtful atmosphere of  communication between all parties involved.

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District's Alternative Licensing Procedures (ALP) process ended on July 15, 2005 with submittal of the Upper American River Project (UARP) License Application to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  Under FERC regulations once a license application is submitted, the ALP ends.
